Scindapsus pictus argyraeus- Satin Pothos
The Satin Pothos is actually not a pothos, but the common name has stuck for years. The silver speckles are perfect for the holiday season, and definitely all year round. The Scindapsus pictus is an easy-care trailing plant that is great for new plant parents, once you follow the water requirements below.
This Scindapsus is similar to the Scindapsus pictus exotica- Silver Pothos, so choose the one you prefer! (or get both, I won't judge).
These are mildly toxic to pets, so be careful with your furry friends.
Note: Plants are unique! The plant pictured is meant to give you an idea of the specification and quality of the plant you will receive, but will not be an exact replica.

Light Requirements
Light Requirements
Variable
This plant thrives in bright indirect sunlight, but can live in lower light settings. Very low light will result in slow growth and smaller leaves. Direct light is too intense, and will cause burning.
Water Requirements
Water Requirements
Moderate
Scindapsus pictus do not like to be kept too moist. Allow the soil to dry out slightly before watering. Water thoroughly once the top 2-4" of soil is dry. Note: Be sure not to let the plant sit in pooled water as that can cause root rot.
Arrived in perfect condition despite the cold and the heat pack had worn off by the time I received my delivery. The leaves are cute and fuzzy. Can't wait to repot him in the pot I've been saving for him.

I love this sweet little plant so muuuch! The satin patterning on the leaves if absolutely beautiful and it fits in well with the other plants in my home. The plantling arrived in excellent condition with only a little leaking of dirt into its box. Transplanted it on the day it arrived and it is thriving!
I love the speckles on each leaf, healthy plant.
