Calathea musaica - "Network"
A unique Calathea to add to your collection. The Calathea musaica, more commonly known as Network Calathea has thicker leaves, that feel almost leathery. When looking closely at the leaves, you notice a beautiful 'network of lines, which make rectangles of differing green shades.
These plants tend to be lower-growing plants commonly found as ground cover in a jungle. With that knowledge, their water and light requirements in the next tab make sense.
Part of the marantaceae family, these plants also move their leaves in a praying hands method throughout the day. It is awesome to see their leaves in different positions in the morning and at night! These plants can be difficult to get the hang of, so be sure to read the water and light requirements in the other tabs!
Pet lovers will be happy to know that these plants are non-toxic. But please don't let cute little Buffy nibble these beautiful leaves!
Note: Plants are unique! The plant pictured is meant to give you an idea of the specification and quality of the plant you will receive, but will not be an exact replica.
